Start and finish of all events will be at the Cedar Falls Recreation Center on the corner of 13th and Main. Showers available.

Entrants in the Sturgis Falls race will receive:
• All Sturgis Falls half marathon finishers receive a finisher medal
• Quality performance shirt
• Post-race food and refreshments
• Showers available in the Rec. Center
• Shirt sizes after June 18 can not be guaranteed
• Awards will not be mailed
• Entrants in the 5k will receive a performance t-shirt

CRRC splits proceeds from 2012 Sturgis Falls Races and funds from the club account:

Sponsorship of Hill Toppers – a Summer raining program for junior high, high school, and college runners. This program trains 150 students each Summer.
Grant Wheeler Scholarship Fund received a donation. Several scholarships are awarded each Spring to area high school cross country and track athletes.
CRRC owns and maintains racing equipment that is loaned to over 30 racing events each year.

Water will be provided at approximately 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 mile marks (for the 1/2). Refreshments will be provided at the finish.

No switching races after the gun goes off. You may switch from the half marathon to the 5K prior to the race by notifying officials. To switch from 5K to half marathon, you must pay entry fee difference at registration or be excluded from results and awards.

5K: An award will be given to the overall male and female for the 5-K.
Awards can be picked up in front of the Rec Center starting at 7:45 am. Awards also will be given to both men and women in the 5K for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers in the following age categories:
13 under 14-18 19-24 25-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-59 60-64 65-70 70+
1/2 Marathon:
An award will be given to the overall male and female for the 1/2 Marathon. Awards ceremony will start around 10:00 am. Awards also will be given to both men and women in the 1/2 Marathon for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers in the following age categories: No double winners! 13 under 14-18 19-24 25-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-59 60-64 65-70 70+

Race results will be provided by CMAC Running Service.
