Half-Marathon update:
Because of flooding the 2010 Sturgis Falls Half-Marathon has been re-routed. Check the new course here!

- 1/2 marathon 7:00 a.m.
- Kids Fun Run 9:15 a.m.

Start and finish of all events will be at the Cedar Falls Recreation Center on the corner of 13th and Main. Showers available.

Entrants in the 1/2 marathon will receive:
- Medals to first 400 finishers.
- 32nd anniversary race t-shirt from Craft-Cochran
- Post-race food and refreshments.
- Showers available in the Rec. Center.
- Shirt sizes after June 21st can not be guaranteed.
- Entrants in the 5k will receive a race t-shirt.
- 5-K awards to be given at approximately 7:45 am. Awards will not be mailed!

CRRC splits proceeds from 2008 Sturgis Falls Races and funds from the club account:
- Sponsorship of Hill Toppers – a Summer raining program for junior high, high school, and college runners. This program trains 150 students each Summer.
- Donation to the Cedar Falls Mens and Womens Cross Country Teams.
- Donation to the Cedar Trails Partnership for Rec. Trail Repair and Replacement.
- $500 UNI Track Team
- Cedar Trails Partnership
- Grant Wheeler Scholarship Fund received a $500 donation. Several scholarships are awarded each Spring to area high school cross country and track atheletes.
- CRRC owns and maintains racing equipment that is loaned to over 30 racing events each year.

We encourage you to pick up your race packets on Saturday June 26th. 5-$50.00 gift Certificates donated by Scheels will be given on Saturday June 26th in a drawing of those who picked up packet early. FIRST 350 people that register by Monday June 21st.

Water will be provided at approximately 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 mile marks (for the 1/2). Refreshments will be provided at the finish.

Race results will be provided by CMAC Running Service. Race results will be available on CRRC website.

No switching races after the gun goes off. You may switch from the half marathon to the 5K prior to the race by notifying officials. To switch from 5K to half marathon, you must pay entry fee difference at registration or be excluded from results and awards.

5K: An award will be given to the overall male and female for the 5-K.
Awards can be picked up in front of the Rec Center starting at 7:45 am. Awards also will be given to both men and women in the 5K for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishers in the following age categories:
13 under 14-18 19-24 25-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-59 60 -64 65+
